My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do it with some passion, some compassion, some humour and some style.

My Story So Far
Yoga has been at the foundation of all the accomplishments I have enjoyed in life and has guided me through all the challenges I have faced. My training has taken me from remote ashrams of the Himalayas, through ardent trainings from some of the most influential teachers in the West, to the private exploration navigated on my own mat in order to mine the wisdom that serves me today.
My greatest yogic experience came from giving birth to my two beauties, Joshua (17) and Alana (13) – they truly are my greatest teachers as their very existence demands of me to model a life well-lived.
A Balanced Future
Living and Yoga Practice for me are so interwoven, it should come as no surprise that my passion for a deeper understanding of women’s health and their rights of passage are central to a lot of the work I do. Yoga calls for balance between the feminine and masculine energy within regardless of gender.
However I’ve realised through my journey that women’s needs are quite often not met through traditional yoga teachings. I teach yoga as a way of holding and growing into all cycles of womanhood and manhood (though there are often more women in the room).
Within every woman there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity and ageless knowing.
